1) Imagine an Image + Upscale
2) Blend the 2 images to get the best-looking result
3) Clean up fragments, ex -> fix the moon, silhouette etc
4) Add fog
5) Add a storm/rain + animate water

wip手書きイラスト風な仕上がりに出来ないか、いろんな塗り方を試しています。
陰影無しにして、Blenderで雰囲気分かるぐらいまで塗ってUV上にアタリをつけて、後はペイントソフトでそれを下地にしてサッパリ系に仕上げるのが良さそう。
（描き込みは出来ないので💦）
