Hey there I'm Liana, a comic artist, writer, and illustrator. I've worked on comics from IDW/Lucasfilm, TKO, 2000AD, Vault, Z2 & more.

I love working on thriller, sci-fi, music centric & noir stories.

Always looking for more cover work!✨

Rafa Garres. A great Spanish artist who drew several Jonah Hex issues, Wolverine 1000 with Lapham and a couple of Thors with Aaron. If you've seen he's work, you won't soon forget it. Biz/2000ad energy for sure but also Corben/Frazetta. Great, big art, underused!

Finally able to show this as it's now online. This September, the zombies are invading both 2000AD and the Judge Dredd Megazine. There will be blood... 💀💀

Playing around... imagining a Statue of Judgement from Judge Dredd, but adding in a few building details

Original helmet model by Daniel Carey-George of Planet Replicas (Now Dust)

Not my photos but… The producers of Dr Who doing what 2000AD productions seem so far incapable of doing by putting accurate realised versions of the comic book creations of Pat Mills/Dave Gibbons on screen.

Maybe one day… Nemesis the Warlock/ABC Warriors ?

A little Judge Death practice colours - the line art is by Jeff Stokely (yes this is the one I was talking about yesterday!)

It's called 'Thistlebone', it's a folk horror book from 2000AD.

Judge Dredd & Sensitive Klegg, the cover art by Chris Weston for 2014's 2000AD

I'm in awe of Chris Weston's art. And looking at these scans, I realise I struggle to think of another artist whose work is as totally beguiling in both black & white and colour.

I've always like these all-ages issues: longer, more self-contained, more expressively drawn and funnier than regular 2000AD (and only slightly less violent):

Yesterday the 45 YEARS OF 2000 AD anniversary book finally came out and I was fortunately invited to contribute an illustration of one of 2000ad's greatest characters, SLÁINE

In this post below I tell you about and show you the sketches and the process of producing this art 😉 https://t.co/WQ5rGz8al0

Just read the Christmas issue where has a crossover team up with the Karl Urban and Sylvester Stallone incarnations as they try to arrest 2000AD's version of Elon Musk (named Leon Fusk, no really).

It was a fun read.

Part 3 of An Honest Man is out tomorrow (in 2283), so here's a bit of work for the line-art.

Purcell is getting up in Asher's face. There must be a flounce in the offing...

Loved the art style in 2000AD, back in the day.
Made for a very good (and quite violent) game too. 😁

Another little peek at the drawing process for the current story in prog 2282.

You don't know who he is yet but later this year you will. He has a deal to offer Judge Death...

A prince amongst the Els, the changeling Elfric Serpenteye was a constant adversary for Sláine and his companions. Elfric will be sowing seeds of chaos on tabletops soon!
