I don't think other people see my sona as poc, but in chinese and as a kid I didn't really like my black hair or brown eyes. One of my sonas now is a cat with black fur and yellow eyes, and i guess it's important to me personally even tho most ppl online assume I'm white lol

Love how they are portrayed as cool poc (& at least 2 lgbt+) kids AND they are really nice & open to being friends with the younger kids.
The mean popular kids is such a tired trope.

TOH fans, if you’re ever wondering why some ppl seem to favor MGADD over TOH, it’s def the POC (esp the black) rep. I personally LOVE both shows regardless of how POC in the show have been treated, but as a black girl, I feel a lot better represented with MGADD! (Thread)

I do see that Viv is able to make POC people with decent looking skin tones (SCs from Helluva Boss), but Velvette's design just. Gives off the wrong vibes.

Even with inhuman skin tones you can make a character poc coded, monster high for example has done it before and it’s never been confusing (this character for example is black coded and from New orleans)
