#Spectember Day 3: Terrestrial Pterosaurs
Such beasts are unimaginable on the Western Landmass, for these Gryphons are the descendants of flightless terrestrial Pterosaurs
These beasts have both wild and domesticated varieties, the latter used akin to Zebu and Banteng Cattle

#Spectember Day 2: Dancing
Continuing with this Fantasy World I have, these are the Majica, or Spirits, an entirely separate multicellular Eukaryotes
This species here, Spindlers, are known as Dancing Spiders for their creation of "Silk" made of Ashe (Ethereal Bioenergy analogue)
Day 1 of #Spectember: Terrestrial cetacean
The Shovel-faced Bogpoirse is a species of burrowing cetacean from the distant future that uses hardened hairs and iron reinforced teeth to dig through the soils of the wetlands it lives in, where it preys on burrowing invertebrates.

Day 1: Return to Water
Flying gekkonids for "Flying Lizard" prompt for Sept. 1; #Spectember2022
Be prepared to see more of this insanity come #Spectember (hopefully)

Day 7 of #Spectember: On an alien world, one of the main groups of complex life are planimals called Daphnians: that through alternation of generations change back and forth from 'plant' to 'animal'. Over millions of years, these have evolved into a myriad of forms.

#Spectember Day 4: a young "arofly" covets a "pitchershroom", a photosynthetic colonial organism. the "arofly's" wings resemble the jaws and eyes of a large predator.
#Spectember day two. What if every thing in the Jurassic was lystrosaurus! A repetitive of buccinadon (right), a common herbivore, stands next to a Duofindodens (left) a mid sized carnivore. both only have two teeth in they're mouths.
My first creature for #Spectember is the Butcher Fowl, or Megagalli pogo ("big dagger fowl"). These descendants of feral chickens have become large predators, similar to secretary birds. Males are mostly solitary but females live and hunt together in small groups.
Day 4 of #Spectember
Rodceratops is a modern dinosaur that evolved from a primitive Ceratops dinosaur.
The two horns growing out of its head are partly deformed frills. These tend to be longer and more elongated in males, and are thought to be used to appeal to females.
Happy #Spectember everyone!
These strange future animals all share a common ancestor alive today. Can you guess what animal it is?
#SCiPTEMBER + #Spectember? Better get cracking on both. In the meantime, here are some creations of mine that might fit the bill
