1 pixel step is fine, can give a single 8x8 repeat building tile (just building internal, not edges obvs)
A 4across and 1 up step gives 4 tile repeat, and a lower slope angle.
An 8 across and 1 up setp is very bad as there are loads of unique tiles :( 👇

Here’s Tile_sEt and Source.
Tile_sEt is made from level geometry, so like grass, rocks,metal plates, and parts of buildings, in the shape of a Sonic.
Source is made from parts of different pieces of different Sonic Sprites and models.

looks like moving my sprite table out the same struct I am holding my tile tables fixed it. Not sure why it's not allocating memory properly, perhaps I'm making bad assumptions as to how pointer arithmetic works for specific types.
