- our healer could actually heal. like effectively. in-combat. And had options.
- Crits have special effects, based on weapon, this is cool.
- there are persistent effects like acid and bleeding, with standardized rules.

Perhaps it's the Terror Gas Vial that was flagged, . You can see here it says it gives the hero his powers. It's not a gas weapon, it's the dispenser of the hero's powers. It comes right off his belt and he inhales it in battle.
