Just finished my write up of Hook by Irem (Arcade, 1992). It's a tie in to the Robin Williams movie and it's surprisingly great. Neat environmental traps you can use on enemies, superb sprites, great combat, nice challenge. Seek it out folks!

Uncanny X-Men
The X-Men battle the Freedom Force. The comic opens up with Mystique murdering the X-men.

It's eventually revealed that the X-Men were android training bots designed by Arcade, but damn this issue was brutal.
