I mainly like drawing busts, and relatively abstract things, but I've been trying to widen my horizons!

Unfortunately however, by widening the playfield from 256 to 320 pixels without modifying the proportions of the artwork, the Genesis version just looks flat out wrong when aspect ratio corrected for a 4:3 screen. Funnily it would've looked much better the low resolution mode!

Started Pipes this morning, made some real progress. All the major transformation is blocked out, needs feet, shoulder engineering and details. I'll probably also widen the hips a bit, but I think I should be able to complete him tomorrow

So i got some critique on my leotard jeanne's proportions, and i felt a few things were off in the original, so i fixed up some of the anatomy (shrank the chest and widened the waist), and I think it looks way better! Regardless, black leotards are still best civ
