I feel its necessary to say that once a drawing reaches a level of similarity it cannot be coincidence or reference anymore..if ur artworks are traced and can be overlayed and match up,its no longer an accident.Changing things up slightly doesnt make it original-its still a copy.

Check it out, I just quickly traced over where your lineart would be and it makes the drawing look "cleaner" I guess I'd call it?
Bear in mind this was done very hastly and putting more work into it would greatly improve it even further
