My friend challenged me for fun to redraw directly on top of my old art while keeping the same 'proportions' I did back in the day.

My home town has an ice cream place that sells ice cream cones at least as tall as this. They are amazing. Luckily my nose is more proportional to my face than this poor fella.

@DeePeeArts these are kind of old. the first one has some pretty awkward and kind of stiff posing and the second one, along with that same problem, also has the character with some disproportionately thin arms

in terms of proportions i don't think i can recognize anything *too* fucked up here (save for maybe the right foot?? can't pinpoint why but it looks off), and fuck, i'm insanely proud of how i did the head here.

@castlehavven So I designed these two characters back in like 2015, and the drawing was made in 2016. I repurposed the designs (hair + eyes) to create these characters in 2020. Needless to say, I've improved a little at anatomy at least? Even for kids, they were disproportionate lmao
