When designing Hrothgar they wanted to create something different and more bestial to diverge from other races. They couldn't deform the character too much, and couldn't do fur. In the end they ended up more humanoid than planned.

Baby Doll is a monochrome, a species that is only black and white. Outside and inside. (mouth, blood, etc.)
