I was inspired by Akira Toriyama who draws vehicles in such a fun way. I like how compact and simplified they are.

Today in The Nearly Complete Works of Toriyama: his character design for Chaco Yutani from the 1997 fighting game Tobal 2. Toriyama comments: "I tried to have her show off more skin as fan service. She should be even sexier in polygon form!" https://t.co/beA2uPbru0

I like how Toriyama rarely has a middle ground with hairstyle

It's either Super Stylizled or Bald

My OCD tingled when I found out that Vegito Blue is also in the Manga and both Toriyama and Toyotarō didn't take account of Vegeta wearing a different outfit... DETAILS LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, DETAILS! Made a "quick" fix myself~

One of my favorite Son Goku images by Toriyama-sensei. I plan to do an homage to this in an upcoming volume

Today in The Nearly Complete Works of Toriyama: his Golden Freeza design for Resurrection "F". Toriyama explains: "I couldn't make his form any simpler, so instead I mainly just changed his color. Gold felt like the strongest, I guess because I associate it with Gold Medals."

Picked up this Akira Toriyama: The World art book at Bookoff for all of $2. I would have gladly paid 3 or even 4 dollars for it.

I seriously tip my hat to Toriyama on this one, guys, no joke. I can tell that m,an cared about his story with this arc. That was a series finale, make no mistake.

But seriously, were you aware that Toriyama wrote a finale featuring his two fav characters, Freeza and 17? (Also they are my OWN two favorite characters in DBZ, and in fact the reason I DRAW). Toriyama fucking cared about his baby, and I think he went out SPECTACULARLY
