VRoid Studio v0.14.0で入った"エクスポートしたVRMの足が、接地したまま腰を下げた時などに両脚が平行に曲がるように修正"で初期ポーズに変更が入ってます
Final IKのFullBodyBipedIKを入れると、膝は正面を向いてるんですが、上腕から手までのYZ位置が同じで曲がる向きが出せないみたいです
