I have been trying out the AI Art stuff for characters I write stories about. Here are a couple of Jack from the anime zone I got dezgo dot com to render for me using the anime everything 4.0 model. More than good enough for character references, and I rather like them.

Reason I believe so
1) Genshin made use of Andersen's story before with the Tinman in Scara's trailer

2) It's similar to Rhinedottir where her name is a reference to the "Rheintöchter" from "Der Ring des Nibelungen" by Richard Wagner (dottir being icelandic for daughter)
