@t0ggy2 Seems like a weird inconsistency, the official fan gamer plush has the heart but some sprites do have it. May be a sprite error since I can only find the spade on two specific sprites.
Comparing FH and FHD sprites... Ryoko seems shorter in FHD, but it's actually other characters who got taller.
I think almost everyone's sprites were redone, but it's not too obvious. Kind of impressive imo

Every once in a while I try to start a personal prototype. inevitably, I spend 100% of my time making sprites. Combining old character ideas here. Meet Adi and their friend Pann, who is, yes, literally a pan. Adi's design had a tail but I don't wanna animate that so....

Sprites. The Sonic and Tails sprites are not official, they're from a fan project that I contribute to sometimes. I did these early Surge and Kit designs in the style to see if they worked- was there too much detail? Did it make them cluttered? Did they have too many colours?
Feeling generous today. Might post some stuff from Undertoad that never got to see the light of day due to the unfortunate status of the project. This is Peach's official art, along with her dialogue sprites. Official art was done by me and @FmsDraw , sprites were just me.

Really cool detail I noticed: they've actually rigged Whip's...uh...whip to deform and change shape to match the smear frames from her original sprites. It really gives those lashes some snap! This was also present in her KOFXIV iteration as well. #KOF15
I feel like Pokémon might be better off going back to sprites.
There's simply too many to implement now to have a consistent level of quality with 3D models.
And it gets on the way of other things like animations or pokemons following you.
Also some of these got butchered hard.

@mery__Kuroyasha I can confirm that the colors used for Ouma’s new sprites are more red/less pale than the colors on his old sprites. Also for some reason they changed the positions of his thumbs on these sprites
