I recently read "The Witch's Heart" by Genevieve Gornichec and it was great!

I was inspired by the author's description of Hel from Norse mythology while drawing this. I loved the idea of her bottom half being bone ☠️

In some Galician folktales, a man must bring 3 loaves to a well to disenchant 3 maidens. But his wife starts one of the loaves, so when the man goes to the well, the maidens appear on the back of 3 horses... but 1 of them is lame and the spell cannot be broken 🤷🏼‍♂️
