IIRC Totoya was responsible for the soft-redesign of sorts Classic Sonic got in Sonic 2, and is by far one of my favourite artists. I'm over the moon they have a Pixiv account! (Image 1 is Sonic 1's manual art by Ohshima, Image 2 is Sonic 2's by Totoya)
