A few days ago I was feeling inspired by 's cut paper art style and wanted to give it a go myself making some cute little bread illustrations.

Textures were made traditionally with watercolour but I digitally cut them into the shapes I wanted and added lines after.

Some progress. The back hair layers are really something I underestimated as they represent also the 'mid layers'. Needless to say, i'm experimenting with different styles and shapes.

Even experimented a little bit with making it asymmetrical!
