Love and hate relationship between these two ❤️💔 (their outfits were designed for this illustration, usually they wear nowadays clothes)

You'd often see models with vertex coloring to further add detail, or add shading to untextured polygons to save on texture space. Hmmm... Vertex coloring seems to be super rare nowadays, though...
