I think people who shit on Tofu either have never had it prepared properly or do not know how to cook it themselves. Alone Tofu is really bland and rubber tasting but when COOKED with something it ABSORBS All the flavors around it and becomes a delicious cube. *chefs kiss*👌🏾😤
