People assume that cel-shading is terrible, but doing good cel-shading tests a person's understanding of shape and lighting.
Good cel-shading lingers borderline on painting.

Just finished adding the final details to 's commission of his character, Russel Krowe, nearing death's door. The posing for this one was a nice excuse to study some classical style poses and push myself on bleak/damp lighting.

Commission piece I finished a few days ago- this was the piece we worked on, on stream (: I decided to try and work on my backgrounds with this one, I think I’m a fan of nature framing xD between this and the kenku. Also worked on lighting. Still more to learn but I love it!
