A proper Console rerelease of the Snes version of Mega Man and Bass (hopefully with a translation patch). While it doesnt measure up to the rest of the mainline games, playing as Bass is pretty fun in a broken way and I do appreciate the Collectible CD's.

The only sprite sheet I could find that had Sinistar's sprites pre-assembled was for the SNES port, ripped by Ryan914.

So I opened mame and fixed the colors before drawing these new expressions. Combined them into 9 frames.
