The approach for this was very similar to 'The Crawl' I shared a few weeks ago. VQGAN+CLIP with optical flow adding movement. The motion was 'performed' with my hand. Here are some stills as I tested ideas, and my initial image which I'm quite proud of ;P

The first version (even through fixes and stuff) just had so many flaws that wouldn’t be able to function properly movement wise-
