@TM9380 Just a small sample of what I’d include. I chose Brontomerus b/c it fulfills the giant dinosaur requirement while still being doable (it was the size of an African bush elephant).
Brontësaurus. My not at all serious attempt to bridge my literary audience with my palaeoart one. Perhaps my only piece to have gone mildly viral through being reposted uncredited apparently everywhere.

A closer relative to Embolo would be Aktautitan, who forms a sister group to Embolo and its relatives. This animal is known from very complete individuals preserved mired, with much stockier limbs then other brontotheres, resembling hippos, Toxodon or Teleoceras
There's 2 taxa that might make good references for Embolo. One is Rhinotitan, a tall browser from the mid Eocene of China. This probably represents the common ancestor to both groups of derived brontotheres that crossed over from Asia to NA
So, Brontotheriidae is a diverse group of Eocene perissodactyls closer to horses then rhinos or tapirs. Outside of the huge famous ones there are many cool smaller sp, like the tapir-sized Dolichorhinus, who rerouted its entire nasal passage for more effecient smelling
