It is said that only the strongest 1% of Tobucatmon are known and respected as "Cat Gun". Cat Gun is a reference to the 1986 film Top Gun, where the lead character, Lt. Pete "Maverick" Mitchell (Tom Cruise), pilots a Grumman F-14A Tomcat, the namesake of Tobucatmon's F⑭ marking.
