Putting aside the big ones (Muramasa, Sakuuta, other assorted kamiges) I'd love to see Gensou no Idea get localized! The character cast absolutely charmed me and I enjoyed it a lot. It's got everything that makes me giddy heaped together.

I just watched the Korean film Padak Padak (or as it's localized title calls it Swimming to Sea) and it was... really good. It's also really depressing, so keep that in mind. It's about a mackerel who is caught and sold to a restaurant as she attempts to escape captivity.
