Walking boots; retired! Photographed beside the Sidhe. Sketched once upon a time, holding aconites, snowdrops and catkins. Now, soft mosses walk them; aconites, snowdrops, primroses and wild daffodils flourish, fairy footsteps away. Happily ever after journeys on.

Lockdown3 sketch. Day 48.
A lovely warm day spent in the garden. The snowdrops are looking particularly gorgeous.

This week I keep finding little promises of spring. Snowdrops blooming, crocuses unfurling and daffodil shoots. It seems no matter what’s going on in the world these things make me feel a little brighter, a little lighter and give me a little hope. Soon the leaves will be back

The "Seelie Snowdrop Fae" (2019) was the first of the Seelie court to emerge each year when the winter chills would give way to the new life of spring.

Hi All! Happy Monday and Happy Imbolc or St Brigids day. Here the snowdrop fairies are reawakening as we’re around halfway between Winter solstice and the spring equinox! It always makes me so happy to see the flowers returning, I even saw some very early leaves the other day.
