I raise you with
2016 ------ ------ 2020
I put 2 for 2020 cause I'm still learning how to use tablets ;-; https://t.co/xntf11kTLE
Had a couple of friends ask me for my thoughts on my new tablet so here's a mini review!
It's a Huion Kamvas 13, specifically NOT the Pro one, and cost me £250.
Also just to say I have no previous experience with other screen tablets! (1)
Kanata let go of Tetora, turning to Yuzuru with a refreshed smile.
"Oh...that's 'right', Yuzuru. You and I both 'lost' our roommates, so why don't 'we' room together with those 'tablets'?"
the beginning of high school for me was approx 2005-06
back before I think I even knew about drawing tablets, a lot of my art was just scanned into photoshop and lined using the path tool and colored with a mouse
and today's just 15+ years of gradual improvement
@laviedovie @manelapaper Hello there, and congrats for the 💯+ followers! 💛
I'm jambbanya, from the 🇵🇭. I use IbisPaintX and my lil fingers for the meantime because I couldn't afford any drawing tablets 🤧.
Anyway, here's most of my recent artworks that don't have any resembling artstyle 🤧🙇♂️.
Back in 2006 when I used to white-wash myself on gaia online and give away my little drawings. That's the first Photoshop drawing I ever did, I used a mouse and it took me months to realize artists used graphic tablets to draw smooth lines. 😂
@jamiesmart For drawing tablets, that depends on what you'd be looking for in cost. The left tablet tends to have options available for £50 or less and just functions similar to a mouse out of the box. The right is far more expensive (£200+) but can be more intuitive to use overall.
Drew Iris from Fire Force (with manga ref) to test out the new tablet.
This too waay longer than it should. Switching tablets feels so disorienting 😅
@djchua_xyl Hi congrats yoo!! I'm Caylao and I'm mainly a digital artist - by digital I mean fingering my phone coz I'm too broke to afford tablets lol
My favorite desert is pili nut tarts and here are some samples of my art:
@emilylorange Same honestly, all we had back then were Etch A Sketch, Lite Brite and MS Paint with a shoddy mouse
Kids these days have it good with their cheap, amazing Clip Studio Paint, tablets and a plethora of tutorials at their disposal compared to our crappy "How To Draw Manga" books :P
About a month ago XP-Pen was kind enough to send me one of their display tablets to review, and I am loving it! If you’re curious about the product, check out this thread ✨

@Annamatedarts I'm MatsuyoRific, and while I've been drawing for over a decade, I'm still basically a starving artist that no one cares about. I can't give away free art, much less make commissions, so I can't afford high end tablets and programs. I do what I can with what I have.
@tubigatpapel Hi! I’m an artist from PH 🇵🇭 and I like drawing girls (mostly). I use my mouse in drawing bc tablets are too expensive lol
@cold_rises Drew this on my iPad while I was waiting for one of my new tablets to arrive. Drew it forever ago
#MustelidMay Day 25: Curious
I've been grateful for tablet computers ever since my first. I'm happiest when I'm constantly reading and learning, and tablets let me satisfy my own curiosity with study anywhere I go.
