A year works! And to answer your question, Bulma would be easy to put together since she just kinda wears clothes you could get anywhere. 2B would require finding a skirt that's the right length and not fetishy (NieR fans can be gross). And Maya...well..I'd have to make that.

Tsugumi's skirt is a tad bit of a challenge though. I have no sewing skills whatsoever, so might need some advice regarding this because I don't trust that one site that sells her costume.

The ring itself does funnel inwards and project towards the outside, which is what gives that dark outline, but the sclera, (usually white/ light part behind the ring) sits on the outskirts (and appears red often too in many due to blood vessels
