The dead giveaway is the little backgrounds that are on the face pictures. You can't do layers like that in MS Paint. Gimp, while not nearly as good as photoshop, is free, and lets you do layers.

I reused my symmetry Nyami from last month by changing it into Mimi because if you choose Mimi, Nyami will be the song rival. I didn't drew Mimi variations of other characters who share March 3 because I had to go bed... But happy birthday Mimi! 🐰🎂

The idea came to when painting the Wilber & Co. strip for GIMP 2.99.10. For the "boom", there is this effect where you shift slightly the color from the line art (you see it well on the 'o's and '!').
This implies the color area has "pretty" edges you could show.

お絵描きアプリGIMPからメディバンに移したらめちゃめちゃよき。
画像加工はGIMPのほうが良いから、コラ画像作るときに使おうかなって感じ。

InkScapeからGimp形式(.xcf)にエクスポートすると
左絵のように出力されないレイヤーがあったんですが
どうやらグループ化していないレイヤーがあると
そうなるっぽい事を突き留めました…！

全部のレイヤーをグループ化したら右絵のように
ちゃんと出力されましたよ😊
