D17: At opposite ends of the emotional spectrum, I am once again calling out Haikyuu and Violet Evergarden. The former is usually pure, inspiring joy, interspersed with moments of heartbreaking defeat, while VE is tragic catharsis reified in anime form.

First, the two leaders: Mayrune and Weegee.
Mayrune is a Sovereign hailing from Tharsis, afflicted with a terrible curse and came to Armoroad to seek a cure.
Weegee is a zodiac scientist with retrograde amnesia, only remembering his arrival in Armoroad.

My pieces for Catharsis. :) Kinya was created as a reminder to always look for the beauty in broken pieces. ❤️ Thank you so much to everyone who came down and supported all the artists!

Let's talk about Conversation! A thread:

Broadly speaking there are three reasons anyone really talks to any other person outside of forced proximity (Like work).

1. Information
2. Validation
3. Catharsis

It's important to keep this in mind! (1/??)

I am emerging from my FFXIV catharsis to post the sprite sheet that I proudly spent the vast majority of my waking hours today doing :'D She's for a game jam that I'm working on this weekend! 9-frame walk cycle, 7-frame throw animation, and 6-frame jump ;u;

Here's the first design for my PACKS Unplugged cards. I recently injured my pinkie finger pretty badly, so designing this was a nice form of catharsis.
