I tend to draw a very rough outline at first and then use that to make a sketch. My sketches are actually a bit messier but I clean them up a bit so I know what to do for lineart. Tend to make a few changes during lineart process too tho haha

Making some progress! The face took me the longest to do, but the rest is pretty easy! I've gotten down the basic flow for how to plan out these kinds of textures now!

I'm sure this will look pretty nice once I have the shaders and outline setup!

I've done the backface-culled outline (manually) before but this time I duplicated the meshes and let the solidify modifier handle it

My good friend commissioned to draw my version of PT!Ken! (Codename: Ace) I really really adore how she added the red outline, since it's a part of the P5 aesthetic! I can really see this being like official art if Ken was actually in the game.
