She's shadowrun Troll who's basically the embodiment of simultaneously "Heavy Weapons Guy" but tries to be femme-punk at the same time.

She bedazzled a minigun and due to long-burst, got to treat the sequins as projectiles.

Continuing to show off the weapons in The Wave is an excellent defensive weapon. Decent close-range damage, but it's main use is to reflect projectiles back at the enemy. It covers you, but hurts them!
