I’m experimenting with ways to incorporate generated images into my workflow. This is an exploration where I’m photobashing+painting over an ai-generated based layer. Good for generating ideas but very hard to control a specific direction, I’m finding.

i'm trying to practice in digital when i dont have time to set up the canvas. I do this by limiting myself to three layers, first a wash of paint and paint thinner, second paint with medium, and third straight oilpaint. If i can practice this workflow i should be...

The painting was a Exercise in mark making. I sat with the intention of not getting up until “finished”It’s surprising how efficient you can be when given parameters to play in. Gamifying your workflow can be a great way to keep it interesting.

✨Thank you ! Using your Neo I sped up this drawing by a lot. It's a useful tool with my intuos tablet and I can't believe how comfortable it was to use! This changed my workflow for the better 🥰 In-depth review below -

For this piece I decided to ditch the sketch->lineart->flats->colour workflow and just do my own thing. I started playing with colour way more, and started being way more self indulgent with my subject matter. Felt good. https://t.co/zkX5hx0Zu6

Ichthyornis has a peculiar sternum with highly crossed coracoid sulci. Skeletal asymmetry, while uncommon in vertebrates, it is challenging for retrodeformation. However, using our new workflow we were able to reconstruct the complete sternum including the asymmetrical parts 10/n

4/ As an architect in RL, I am used to deploying various computational tools and methods in my workflows, integrating algorithmic design processes, dealing with architectural visualizations. I am also teaching those in different platforms and schools.

2/ In short, I use a variety of algorithms, especially CLIP-guided diffusion by to deploy different workflows. Sometimes use the prompt to generate or use initial sketches to guide the process, or generate a couple of images and get the final result.

More art study. Once again, this is not representative of any actual project we're working on.

Just exploring various ideas, reexamining our workflow, etc.

Some of the finished character designs I did this year.

I got a couple of problems regarding the commission format, I didn't realize it would mess up my workflow end up with a snowball effect smh.

Today's progress, I also record a video of my workflow. Should I post the timelapse ?
