@prinkidoodles There are usually four backgrounds I'm capable of doing.
I can do a-
-solid color usually adds less than an hour to my process
-Patterns and shapes adds almost an hour
-A generic landscape usually takes 1.5 hours
-And a background with perspective takes me from 1-2 hours

I think I like this new design a bit better. Simplified the robe while also keeping some aspects, like the red rope and collar pattern. Getting to where I want to be, but I think I'll be going in for another redesign soon.

For his "angry" expression, I try to make him keep some of the colors he has at the base, and also make him (literally) red with anger
I may make some changes tomorrow (his pattern for this expression doesn't suit me too well now, I'll see what to change tomorrow)
