I actually had this design in an old sketchbook and I've always liked it.
It's a Summer outfit for Sophie! I had envisioned her as a Light Wand adventurer. Sun hat plus a light flowy swimsuit felt fitting for her. It's not meant to be transparent, it's moreso to show the details
