2. If the colors do not look good together, choose one color that in lines with your picture (I use red for this one) over your coloring layer & lower the opacity to your liking as well, this will blend your colors more.

Presenting the official start of my "F*ck Super" DB Fanart Series, entry no.1, "Merciless."

Tried out the "Toriyama-style limited palette" for coloring this one. It's pretty fun, at least when you have enough different-shade gray markers to pull it off.

I would also ditch the overwrought coloring. Romita Jr's line and Hanna's inks are robbed of their style/energy when everything is shaded. It just flattens everything into a muddle. Keep those inks black, 90s style.
