is there a definitive color pallet for the manga? I like blond Utena but I feel bad to the poor soul who has to make the decision of what to do with Anthy if a manga faithful remake ever gets made.

I think I understand why Utena never got a manga faithful reboot. The manga art is very inconsistent it's hard to tell how the characters are supposed to be colored. Most people watched the anime and would have an issue with Anthy not being dark skinned and I understand that.
