Filling in the whole form with the shade color (Typically a blue/black, but I often use color depending on the lighting). (1/2)

Yes! I make a habit out of shading in all sorts of ways, from extreme bright lights, single light sources, dimly lit areas, and more. It's probably the most fun part for me because it's when the drawing really comes to life <3 It's a good habit to get into!
