Testing out brushes/textures

I've never used a drawing tablet before and did this as a quick 30 minute study. Very interested to see what I'll be able to do with this once I'm used to it. Have to say I do like the way the window/drawing reflection turned out in the eye here.

“Landscape Portrait”

I took a profile photo of myself, created a shape, and repeated (and modified) to create stencils. I used the stencil shapes to create textured mountains. Stumbled on the color palette and added a sunrise glow.

A little comparison between how Darkrai looks like in base BD/SP and how it will look like in Luminescent.
It's amazing how some animation and texture changes can give the Pokemon models such a big change.
