perhaps the fact the bodice is not buttoned, which was in fashion in the 1860s and wouldve been more difficult to alter and the dress is patterned which was different then the 1860s the first two images are fashion plates from the 50s while the second two are from the 60s

Just read all 10 episodes. Great work, Tim! I love the concept too. Props as well to the writer, Chuck. The art really sets me in that b-movie 50s/60s horror mood. Also, I caught this little easter egg and smiled. Can't wait for the next episode.
