This Illustration is a bit older. I started this as an exercise. Used a pose reference by the awesome Thanks for these awesome references! My Oc Parvin. This is a half traditional and half digital picture. I lined this in my sketchbook and colored it in ClipStudio.

Some progress steps in

Pencil -> Dry Pastel -> Custom Brush & a bit of Oil Brush for thicker paint -> glazing that I love for adding shadows -> Rain effect -> Done.
