Playing around with #astrophotography again in #AffinityPhoto—trying different colour edits of the Carina Nebula (two SHO & two HSO compositions).

Prefer the second one I think! Pulling colour detail out is really easy when you can do everything in 32-bit linear colour space..

@cartoondannie it’s when you draw over top of a drawing to show technical errors or places where you could change a pose/composition, or make a grid to help show how a 3D space should work. I did a couple of my own drawings:

if you find an area that cannot be pringled, always identify them and separate them from your composition; this way you can pringle the important parts of your drawings or it will look really weird

i didnt realise repringling was so useful until now, the continuity allows a good sense of depth that really accentuates the composition
