Tweaked the colors on the 420 emote & WE HAVE A NEW TIER 1 EMOTE: LAG~!.. Sadly fitting QwQ

Still have 2 emotes slots open, so I'll be getting those doodled over the next month & some change!
Also gonna be redrawing the Tier 3 emote & adding emotes for the first 3 bit tiers!~
