I had my first therapy talk over the phone yesterday to try and tackle my anxiety and it was very interesting and it made me realise a lot of things about how past events have effected me more than I realised, and I feel like this is a step in the right direction!✨

Found some guides on google.
I've personally found that outlining the shape then cleaning it up helps.
Most are trianlges with top cut off. Then add a triangle in different direction.
