I actually have some plans for Valentine but unfortunately I'm having a terrible health condition this past couple weeks and unable to finish the artworks~💔
I still gonna finish it when I got recovered from my illness, maybe a bit off-day but still will finish it~

@Splatoon_ocs Luis!! Though he usually goes by Arwell. After running away from octo valley, unfortunately got picked as a test subject gatherer. Partially sanitized, which lost him his eye. He mostly went to 'find' more octos and other sea creatures to test on the metro.
