I need to play around with opacity, grey tone, pulled focus & motion blurs a little more. Really utilize being digital like these beasts instead of treating it like paper.

Lots of good responses so I'll talk about paper! In general, watercolor paper will have a bumpy texture to it. However, if you want non bumpy, aka toothless paper, then buy hot press watercolor paper. The first attached pic is using general watercolor paper, the second hot press
