This is likely a pretty mild take but Bengus' Spider-Man and Venom are, like, THE definitive versions of those characters, IMO

Great to see Ben Reilly back as Spider-Man. I'd gladly take a proper ongoing Scarlet Spider book for him though but this is just as good. Ben always had the best Spidey suits. October 2021 is the first issue of his return in The Amazing Spider-Man I hope it goes well.

9/23/80: WHAT IF is one of the finest issues of the series, as imagines Peter Parker's life had he been successful in rescuing Gwen. That it has original artist Gil Kane adds poignancy; it truly feels like AMAZING SPIDER-MAN from an alternate timeline.

These are some of the original artwork files for the SNES game 'Spider-Man and the X-Men in Arcade's Revenge' ( 1992 ). The text under some of the sprite frames indicates the offset that needs to be applied to centre them correctly (eg L2 -move Left 2 pixels). Plus game credits.

Nothing Can Stop the Juggernaut (1982) / Something Can Stop the Juggernaut (2010)

A duology that successfully works despite the huge gap in time between them. The first one shows Spider-Man's tenacity and burden of responsibility, while the other gives some nuance to Juggernaut.

Classic:
Having variations are the classic Spider-Man costume would be highly appreciated. Even though it's just the classic suit, each artists has their own unique take on it, and it would be AWESOME to see the classic suit in different artists styles in Marvel's Spider-Man 2

Comic Costumes Continued:
-1602
-Superior Spidey
-Assassin Spider-Man
-Phoenix Spidey

All would be cool suits to include and haven't gotten much spotlight in other games. I'd like the Superior Spidey outfit to STAY a suit and not for that to be the story for the 3rd game

Comic Costumes:
Insomniac included a TON of comic book outfits worn by Peter in Marvel's Spider-Man, here's a few more I'd like to see
-The recent Spider-Man Beyond outfit
-Ben Reilly
-Captain Universe (imagine that suit power)
-House Of M

Please join my petition to stop showing Spider-man without the mask in everything. I already HAVE a weird ugly 'human' face, I don't need to see more of that in my superhero movies!!
