I've been practicing PuyoPuyo's art style and I really like being able to use the gradient tool for it!

@Juicefoozle @adambelis A game that uses this really well is @PolyTreehouse Roki, they have a really good post somewhere about being able to swap out gradient maps to change mood real easy. I had trouble choosing a mood myself! These were made by just adding overlays to the existing gradients. Neat!

Colouring this design I came up with, I wanted some smooth gradients going around the body and this is what I got, I might mess some more with the design to see if I get anything better.

So far I think this is the best thing I have O0o

Some more progress! Leaves/Petals have UVs, so I can apply gradients rather than solid colour, and can now animate the rotation over the growth duration to simulate flowers buds opening. 🌺 #unity3D #madewithunity #procgen

Io has joined the realm!

Lot of firsts in this one for me. First time drawing a fox, an actual face which doesn't look completely distorted, no airbrush used in this one, and an actual background instead of a gradient. So, I'm happy with how it turned out.

I didn’t intend this from the start but with the brush I was using I couldn’t get too much gradience and ended up focusing on the character and story without noticing it. It was fun 🐕✨

@TalkingSuperman Oh yeah not a fan of Miller's art either, just think the design is nice and original. Here's an exemple of his design by a different artist, Brian Stelfreeze. I like his take on the design even more, with the gradient colors.
