Interface system usually can face the viewer but I like to think they are attached to an characters's axys, not unlike Kill la Kill's name subtitles.
Since I've settled with reed's telekinesis look I will work on a game-like interface to give info about stats/moves or when my OCs are out of "Juice" (JC)

i’m using topaz lab’s proprietary software ai gigapixel to do the bulk of the upscaling, which has a super-easy-to-use command-line interface. it was trained on another dataset of pictures at various resolutions. it only sees patterns too
